TYTON RUBBER GASKET SUPPLY

The TYTON Rubber Gasket is a high-performance circular gasket designed for pressured ductile iron pipe joints, such as U.S. Pipe's TYTON JOINT® and HP LOK® systems. Its distinguishing feature is a dual-hardness design: a soft, malleable bulb for tight sealing, vulcanized to a stiffer heel that provides structural stability and longevity.
-
Materials: Maloney Technical Products employs vulcanized synthetic rubber, such as Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR), with a service temperature of up to 150 °F (66 °C). Other elastomer alternatives, such as EPDM, Nitrile (NBR), Neoprene, and FKM, are available depending on the project needs.

-
Compliance: All TYTON gaskets are certified to fulfill ANSI/AWWA C111/A21.11 criteria for ductile-iron pipe joints, and they are NSF-61 certified for potable water safety.
TYTON Rubber Gaskets are specialized push-on gaskets specifically designed for ductile-iron joints. They provide effective, durable, and adaptive sealing solutions across the waterworks, industrial, and infrastructure sectors because to their dual-hardness construction, strong materials, and adherence to important industry standards. Whether obtained from worldwide leaders like VIP-Polymers, U.S. Pipe, or local manufacturers, TYTON gaskets remain a reliable component in high-performance pipeline systems.
